For the comfort and protection of you before us, and to maintain the hygiene and quality of every piece, returns and exchanges are accepted only while the courier is at your door.
Take a Moment With Your Order
When your Najma arrives, we kindly ask you to check your piece while the courier is still with you.
If the size, fit, or piece isn’t quite right, you may hand it back directly to the courier during the same delivery.
Once the courier has left and the order has been accepted, we are generally unable to offer a return or exchange.
Why We Do It This Way
This policy is designed with you before us in mind. ♡
We want every girl receiving a Najma piece to know that it has been handled with care and has not previously been worn or kept by another customer.
For hygiene, quality, and your peace of mind, pieces that have already been accepted and kept after delivery cannot generally be returned or exchanged.
Before the Courier Leaves
Please take a moment to:
- Check that you received the correct piece
- Check your selected size
- Make sure the item is in perfect condition
- Let the courier know immediately if you would like to return or exchange it
If your requested exchange is available, our team will help arrange the next step.
If Something Isn’t Right
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please let the courier know immediately where possible and contact our team with your order number and a clear photo or video.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Egyptian consumer protection law.
